Terms & Conditions

1. Payment

Full payment is required upfront, and must be paid for through our website, to secure your products and services, required for you hire period date. A invoice will be sent to your email address for any extras that have occurred ie. you required more design revisions on custom decals.

2. Bond

We require a 50% bond on all products that are hired out. Once item(s) come back to us undamaged, we will return your bond payment back to you within 1-3 business days.

3. Hire Period

The hiring period is 1-3 days, if you require longer there will be an extra charge.

4. Pick-Ups & Drop offs

Essential Events will drop off and pick up all LARGE item(s) that are hired out to the customer, on the agreed dates and times. If the location drop off and pick-up is located within Whakatāne Township then there is no charge, if the location is out of Whakatāne Township then a charge of $0.80 per km (round trip) is charged.  

All SMALL hired item(s) must be picked up by the client and dropped off on the agreed dates and times.

5. Fill-out Forms

Once your order has been received, our Custom Signage and Hire Agreement and our Terms & Conditions forms will be sent to your email address, these must be signed and sent back to us before we can confirm hiring dates and work can commence.
